Have you ever thought, “I was made for more than this”?
That was me not long ago.
Before becoming a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source, I spent more than 20 years in consulting, process improvement, and program management. Despite my success, I felt stuck. Advancement opportunities were limited because my nontraditional background didn’t fit neatly into a corporate checklist.
Time after time, I heard, “You’re not ready,” “You’re not the right fit,” or “You don’t have enough experience.” Eventually, I started to believe it. My confidence slipped, and I began questioning my worth and my future.
Then something shifted. Instead of doubting my abilities, I began questioning the feedback I’d been trusting. Why was I letting others define my potential? Why was I waiting for someone else to decide when I was “ready”?
That’s when I realized it was time to take ownership of my career—and my life. I chose to invest in myself, my family, and our future. I stopped saying “someday” and started saying “today.”
That today is now my reality.
As a Career Ownership Coach, entrepreneur, and public speaker, I help other professionals do exactly what I did—take control of their futures and explore new possibilities beyond the traditional corporate path. Through a no-cost, no-pressure coaching experience, I guide clients who are ready to stop trading time for a paycheck and start building something that reflects who they are and what they truly value.
This isn’t about selling you a business.
It’s about helping you see what’s possible.
Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply ready for something different, there’s another path—a path built on grit, grace, and gratitude.
I believe we’re all made for more.
To live with purpose, not pressure.
To make informed decisions grounded in truth, not assumptions.
To build lives that reflect who we are, not just what we’ve done.
If you’re ready to explore what’s next, let’s talk.
Freedom and fulfillment are closer than you think.
